Nach etwas 2 Jahren Reife im Fass und der Flasche kommt der Wein in den Verkauf. Typisch von den Frucht eher zurckhaltend, etwas Salzkaramell und Honig, dann reife Melone und Birne. Mit einem feinen Schmelz am Gaumen kommt auch ein gewisser Gehalt, unterlegt mit salziger Mineralik.
